I'm almost 30!" Now here I am, 28 and even closer to being "almost 30." And I still feel like I'm 16 and have not accomplished much out side of my family life.

So the depressing part...I'm 8 years older than you and I still feel the exact same way as you. And from what my mom says, she's 50 and she still feels this way too. I guess that feeling never goes away.Mrs. Mootzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11352089014962521820noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-877701130694862048.post-12849969201583851422010-01-13T14:26:13.227-06:002010-01-13T14:26:13.227-06:00I remember being in a similar situation a couple y...I remember being in a similar situation a couple years ago, wondering what my "legacy" would be and what mark I had/would leave on this world. I just had to sit down and think for a while before I realized that: 1. There's not anything I can do to change my past, and 2. Maybe God's plan for me won't become apparent to me until later in life, or maybe even at all, but if I work hard at everything I do, pursue my dreams, and I'm the best person I can be, surely something will come from that. I wish I could say something to convince you, but I think it's just something everyone has to figure out for themself. The important thing is to not lose faith in the person that you are and the things that you CAN do!Mindonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00622620793537903081noreply@blogger.com
